Works with the channels, carriers and tools you already use

Free marketplace assistants each see one platform. Multichannel tools keep stock in sync but leave the daily work to you. Desi Dukan does the work, everywhere you sell.
One stock ledger, one inbox and one morning brief across Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Amazon Handmade and your own store. Your last unit never sells twice.
Instead of a separate AI assistant inside each marketplace
Listings, stock, labels, customer service and SEO in one place with one set of rules. Founding-cohort plans will cost less than the separate tools they replace.
Instead of separate listing, shipping, helpdesk and SEO subscriptions
Stock syncs, orders ship, messages get answered and listings get tested every day. You step in only for what's risky or over your limits.
Instead of dashboards you still have to run yourself
Purchase orders, forecasts and production updates flow between you and your artisans, right next to your customers and your stock.
Instead of WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and guesswork
Artisans and suppliers receive purchase orders, tech packs and demand forecasts, and send back capacity, progress photos, material needs and invoices — in Hindi, Urdu or English, on the web or WhatsApp.

Design targets from the Desi Dukan product spec. Every early-access shop is measured against them from week one.
Each agent owns one job, works only through guarded tools and reports to an Orchestrator that plans your day and writes your morning brief.
Stock synced across channels in under two minutes, labels bought on the cheapest service that keeps the promise date, customers answered from live order data, and purchase orders raised with your makers before you run out.
One product record becomes the right listing on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Amazon Handmade and your store — titles, tags and prices tuned per channel.
Reels, voiceovers and posts made from your catalogue, published on schedule, with ad budget moved weekly toward what actually sells.
True margin per product after every fee, daily experiments on your listings, VAT and duties handled, and an account-health watch that flags marketplace policy trouble within the hour.
Sign in to Etsy, eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce and your carriers. We import every listing, order and customer thread and merge duplicates into one catalogue.
Choose price floors, discount limits, ad caps and refund limits, and how much each agent may do alone — from suggest-only to fully automatic.
Stock syncs, orders ship, messages get answered and listings get tested every day. Every action is logged with a reason and a way to undo it.
A morning brief arrives on WhatsApp or email with yesterday's sales, margin, stock risks and anything waiting for your yes.

Example experiment
New main photo on a wool scarf: conversion up after 10 days, so the change is kept and the pattern reused on similar listings.
Every night the Optimiser pulls views, favourites, conversion and search rank for each listing. It changes one thing at a time, measures for 7 to 14 days, keeps what wins and reverts what doesn't.
1Measure
Nightly views, add-to-cart, conversion and rank for every listing on every channel.
2Diagnose
Ranks listings by opportunity: high views with low sales, falling rank, stale photos.
3Propose
One change per listing per cycle — title, tags, main image, price or video.
4Act
Within the autonomy level you set, recorded as an experiment with a hypothesis.
5Evaluate
Compared against the control period after 7 to 14 days; reverted if conversion drops.
6Learn
Winning patterns become playbooks applied to similar products across your catalogue.
Every action has an autonomy level. Some limits never relax: price floors, ad caps, refund caps, brand rules and a kill switch on your phone.
L0
The agent drafts the change and explains why. You decide and do it.
Typical for new brand campaigns.
L1
The agent prepares everything. Nothing happens until you tap approve.
Typical for price changes over 10%, new listings and refunds over your cap.
L2
The agent acts, then reports it in your morning brief with a one-tap undo.
Typical for tag tweaks and posts from approved templates.
L3
Routine work that should never wait for a human. Logged, never hidden.
Typical for stock sync, tracking uploads and order confirmations.
Official APIs only
Agents use each marketplace's official API wherever one exists.
Marketplace limits respected
Change-rate limits per channel keep your accounts in good standing.
Policy check first
Every listing, image and post is checked against channel rules before it goes out.
Hourly account-health watch
Performance metrics and policy warnings are checked every hour, with alerts to you.
Etsy (including several shops), eBay, Amazon, Amazon Handmade and WooCommerce first, with TikTok Shop, Google Shopping and Instagram and Facebook Shop following. Social posting covers Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Shipping works with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Evri, DPD, DHL Express, FedEx, UPS and Aramex, plus aggregators such as Easyship and ShipStation.
Keep it. Amazon's assistant only sees Amazon, Shopify's only sees Shopify, and eBay's only sees eBay. Desi Dukan sees every channel together, so it can stop your last unit selling twice, answer customers from every marketplace in one inbox, and show which channel actually makes you money after fees, shipping and ads.
Tools like Linnworks and Sellbrite keep stock and listings in sync, but a person still runs them every day. Desi Dukan's agents do that daily work — writing and testing listings, buying labels, answering customers, ordering from makers — and only ask you when something is risky or over your limits. You can move across one channel at a time.
Only inside the limits you set. Each type of action has an autonomy level from suggest-only to silent. Price changes over 10%, new listings, refunds above your cap and ad budgets need your approval by default. Every action is logged with its reason, and you can pause one agent or all of them from your phone.
Account health comes before speed. Agents use official APIs wherever they exist, respect each marketplace's rate limits and policies, and run a policy check before anything is published. A dedicated account-health agent watches your performance metrics and policy warnings every hour and alerts you as soon as anything changes.
No. Desi Dukan is built for brands with their own products, stock and makers — handmade, fashion, textiles and homeware — selling on the marketplaces where their customers already shop. It manages real inventory, real production and real parcels leaving your premises, rather than spinning up a new store of third-party products.
Sellers running at least one marketplace shop who want to spend fewer hours on operations — especially handmade, fashion, textiles and homeware brands selling on several channels. Agencies managing several brands and the makers who supply them are welcome to apply too.
Pricing is being set with the first cohort, and the aim is simple: founding-cohort plans will cost less than the separate listing, shipping, helpdesk and SEO tools they replace. Plans will scale with order volume, so a small shop never pays for an enterprise's workload, and early-access members see the tiers before anyone else.
Each shop's data is isolated from every other business on the platform. Channel and payment credentials sit in a secrets vault that the agents never see, and customer data is handled under UK GDPR, with export and deletion available on request.
We're onboarding a small first cohort of sellers, agencies and makers. Tell us about your shop and we'll be in touch within two working days.
