This policy explains how Desi Dukan Ltd ("Desi Dukan", "we") handles the personal information you give us through this website. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

When you apply for early access we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, brand or company, shop or website link, role, order volume, country, the channels and tools you use, what you would like help with, and anything you write in the message box. We also record whether you agreed to be contacted and whether you asked for monthly updates, the page you applied from, and the date and time.

Why we use it

We use these details to review your application, contact you about early access and onboarding, and understand which features and channels to build first. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the contact box, and our legitimate interest in running the early-access programme. We only send monthly product updates if you ask for them.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the Desi Dukan team. The website and the database that stores applications are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes them on our behalf. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access applications for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your account is covered by our customer terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, reply to any email we have sent you. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
